Completely irrelevant but I didn't know you and Rob were together. That is awesome. I'm sure yall have been together a long time and it's well known but I'm sitting here going awwwwww! lol anywho...
Quitting smoking is very difficult I've watched multiple people in my life try and quit. My fiancé used to smoke a pack and a half a day when we first met. If he hadn't switched to e-cigs we would never have gotten into a real relationship. He has weaned himself off nicotine in the longest fashion ever with the ecig. The nicotine level was really high (don't remember the level since it was years ago) and now he is down to a 3 which is the smallest amount of nicotine you can have in it and is almost none at all. He has an addictive personality and no desire to actually quit so he most likely never will but this is a good alternative. He smoked a real cigarette recently while drinking with buddies and it made him sick lol. I hope the patch works for you but if not have you looked into e-cigs as a back up? They at least smell really good (Tony gets a flavor called One Up and it smells like gummy bears lol) and can be lowered as you go. Still cold turkey is something to be proud of so I hope for the best for you!
