I don't see where she has much of a case.  The Mail article, which is contained as a link in the story, indicates the sources used and at one point even notes that there is no evidence to back up the claims of a Slovenian magazine.  They even print the denial of her former pimp....er, I mean the head of her "modeling agency."

Libel law in the UK works on the basis that the defendant is "guilty until they prove themselves innocent". All the plaintiff has to do is bring the case and let the defendant sweat it out. And simply reporting that somebody else said X can be grounds to find that you defamed someone if the original comment is itself considered defamatory.

Expect the case to be quietly settled.
