Weed should definitely be legal, it's annoying that so much money is spent hiring people to chase down people who sell it and smoke it.
I don't know about hard drugs.
If people want to get hard drugs they will get hard drugs, even in countries where drug dealers get killed like in the Philippines it doesn't stop people. So why not just legalise them?
On the other hand selling addictive substances to people who might be vulnerable to addiction and psychological problems is immoral.
So I'm pretty much stuck on that question, I don't know.
