Sorry, but you don't get to claim that a particular group isn't Christian because they make all Christians look bad. They probably think that you're not a true Christian because you don't see things the way they do. And they probably think that if you're tolerant or accepting of homosexuality then you don't have a clue about God's message.
A very valid point there Thomas. It is likely that the christians that showed up at this gay rally would even condemn you gentleshame for being what the New Testament calls "a luke-warm christian". Is it fair? No, but that's what you signed up for. That's one of the many problems with the Bible - you can use it to justify any action you want ... it's all how you interpret it.
.... and on an ending note: What the fuck do these idiots think they're going to accomplish by protesting?!?! Do they really think that all their anger and violent rhetoric is going to convince even ONE gay man to "rethink" his stance on homosexuality?!? How stupid can a group of people possibly be?
