RE: Why materialists are predominantly materialists

I dunno, the site looks very interesting and thoughtful to me. However, I really think you should make a *single!* new thread, and start with just one or two ideas or videos, and take it from there. Personally, I'd recommend the Philosophy section rather than the Atheism one, unless you are arguing that materialism is intrinsically linked to atheism or something.

I watched the first video. That could definitely be a very long and involved thread just in its own right, and I personally like much of what you had to say. I hope you are here to discuss ideas, rather than (as some have said) just to direct people on these forums to your own website. We've had some (I think) very good debates on materialism/physical or idealistic monism/dualism or pluralism, etc. on these forums, and I think you could make a good contribution.
