If I were the DNC I would put adds out using clips of him saying that, then an insult, that line again, then shouting, then that line again, then end it with him making fun of the disabled reporter, with the line "Is this the person you want controlling the nukes?"

or, "Hillary sends classified information through hacked private email servers. Is this person you want to trust with our nation's national security and nuclear secrets?"
