A deduction is not tax evasion... If that were the case hill's would be up doo doo's creek as well.
LEGALLY Not FULL paying for work over 1000 times... There is a reason Trump got away with this. The Law allows it if you can prove substandard workmanship. all one need do is not sign the final invoice that approves services/work that was done and file the proper paper work.
1/2 ass/shotty workmanship should not be rewarded. On trump's level you have to bring you a game.. this is not a situation where everyone gets a trophy for just playing. things that go into his top of the line hotels and casinos have to be perfect, which is why He pointed out that 10,000's of thousands of contractors he has worked with over the years have been paid in full.
If hillary takes exception to this law, then again why has she never changed it in her 30 years of politics? Must not be a bad thing unless she is trying to cast a bad light.
I have had this law evoked on us and I have evoked this on other companies. why? because we delivered a service that was substandard to this customer's expectation and the same happened to us. so what then? we demanded redo/do over.
You can't tell me that every contractor out there does things right the first time everytime... if they half ass something should you be made pay for it?
Trump says no. I say no, and anyone who has ever dealt with a 1/2 ass contractor also says no.
