 Of course, if they washed themselves shortly before sex, it would prevent that, but I doubt most men go into the bathroom real quick to "freshen up" before sex.

Nor does the female in question.  It's a wash, pardon the pun.  In any case, washing is what I was taught to do, I'll teach it to my sons. That's just penis operation 101. I wonder whether cut families of cut males are as conscientious? See, you have a narrative of dirty dong all over the place, but for me...I have a narrative of females constantly wondering if I just pissed myself, because I disappear to the bathroom for all of 3 seconds and come out with my pants sopping wet. In fact, I look like I pissed myself -everytime I come out of the bathroom having had pissed....because I wash.....my dick. It's a regular source of embarrassment and uneasy conversations, lol. Probably, because cut guys, and gals too...-don't wash their shit like I wash mine-?

Women aren't the only people who assume risk when uglies are bumped, you realize?  That said....your preference for cut this or that's, for whatever reason, aren't something that I'd give you any shit for.  You need to step out of "what -might- be done to me" mode..and step into "what has -been done- to the infant male" mode, though. Unless you think that your possibility of getting a uti from a dirty penis is a good reason - to slice part of an infants very clean penis off.
