Yeah, I like to micromanage my games to a certain extent. But that's the reason why I never used hardcore mode in FNV. Drinking, eating, drinking, sleeping, fine by me - although it stands to reason that you should carry your own sleeping bag in games like that instead of having to look for a stationary bed. But when it comes to ammo weight, I draw the line.
I felt that way about FNV as well, but I did not have as much trouble here probably because I was forced to make wholesale changes to my play style across the board. Managing ammo was just one more adjustment, for me.
I wouldn't mind a mod that relaxes the ammo weight issue but mods also disable achievements so nope.
