I think he was speaking specifically about the ones who come in here illegally. Not about Hispanics in general.
About the ones he wishes to deport, yeah. But he didn't specify about the rapists. He just said
"When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. They're not sending you. They're not sending you. They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people."
That sounds like he's referring to all Mexican immigrants, not just illegals. And even so, are illegals more likely to be rapists and drug traders? No. It was a highly racist remark. Like bafflingly so.
