No, not that I am aware of.

The "my posts" section isn't really for following threads, it's just a list of everything you've posted in. You can however choose to subscribe to specific threads by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking the button. You will receive a forum alert when somebody posts in a thread that you're subscribed to.
