Corporations evil? They're business entities, not moral agents. They make life both easier and harder. They do good and evil.

They would gladly kill you and raffle off your organs if they thought they could make a dollar on the deal.

Of course many would. There are also corporations like Patagonia which do their level best to embody an ethical approach to business, and employee and community relations.

Broad generalizations can sometimes be useful, but get rid of corporations and tell me where you'll source medicines, vehicles, clothing, jobs, and so on.

In my understanding doing good means something entirely different than doing business. Of course we all profit by products and services being made available. But I wouldn't say that cashing in on the needs of consumers is my definition of doing good. It's something neutral. In short a business deal.

In short, neither moral nor immoral.
