Her medication for schizophrenia has been reduced and are working to get it reduced even further, her doctor has been impressed with her progress. Thank you for inquiring about her, she's like a daughter to me I'm so happy she is part of my life.Dose reductions of psychotropics are very beneficial until the minimal therapeutic dose is reached. These meds are truly great but as with all meds side effects can be nasty and cause patients to not take the drugs. In my particular role as an RN it is my job to ensure these dose reductions are attempted. A good doctor will do so routinely.

My wife is a nurse and she works toward the reduction of these medications. This lovely lady was born very premature and suffers from mental disabilities, her mental age runs between 4 and 11 depending on the situation. She would never remember to take her mess, my wife is diligent, as any good nurse would be, in seeing that see takes all her medicine.
My wife gives all the credit to God for her improvements, she understands we have been given the blessing of caring for her and considers it an honor.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
