Sadly for Mencken this prophecy was realized on 1-20-2001 when Bush the Dumber was sworn in. He only gets credit for one correct prophecy even though Drumpf is several steps below Dubya on the intelligence scale.
Of course, 1 correct prophecy puts him one up on 'jesus.'
