Let's try a thought experiment;
Some poor girl has the misfortune of being knocked up by an asshole like yourself, Pool. She decides that she cannot conscionably carry the child to term in light of, for example, your many posts on these boards (lol). She decides to abort.You call her a murderess for accurately assessing the likelihood of her child ending up like you.
She decides to abort anyway, because Pool.
Now what?
Throw her in a cell because she didn't want to have your baby? Force her to seek the services of a coathangar because she didn't want to have your baby? Hate her all you like. Call her whatever you like. All fine and well. Laws that either declare abortion a crime or shoot around the moon to make it effectively so do the first two things. Abortion being available doesn't stop you from doing the latter two things.
There's no need to overcomplicate. If a person no matter what the gender breaks the law they'll be punished. Although I'll give you a point for that funny example hehe
