Once again you overtly simplfy things
1. so your objection is that an ex convict was allowed to speak at a rally as a woman on womens issues. (setting aside her crime for a moment) why shouldn't this be allowed ? How is this a approval of her crime?
2. As for lack of remorse where? the interview as i understand it was before her sentence . Do you have proof that she isn't remorseful now .IF your evidence is she hasn't apologized it's possible she doesn't wanna reflect on her crime she's had 27 years to do that .
3.As for her statement i don't agree but see her logic .She believes society failed her .(via the fact she was sold and abused ) then jailed her because they failed her. Of course i don't agree with this . but it's her feelings on the matter .And depending on your opinion of justice she has a point.
Ultimatly thou she was tried and convicted and jailed so her crime is in the past. (and yes you can disagree with the punishment but neither you or me are the law). You have no proof she does regret her crime in the now.As for her speech you can disagree with her idea's about crime vs situtions .(i totally diagree) And you can disagree with her on socities responsibilty in creating criminals (i do).But she's free and appears to have reformed .She's taken up a worthy cause . So how again does her presence change anything ?.
And yes before you start spouting yes if it were a man id be making arguments i am now. I have worked with both for long time professionally when i worked in corrections
And how does any of this excuse Donald Trump again?

Seek strength, not to be greater than my brother, but to fight my greatest enemy -- myself.
