Stars, pulsars and planets don't produce sound, or at least not in any ways that we can hear. What happens is that they emit electromagnetic waves, which our instruments can detect; and then processing 'translates' them into audible range. It's an exercise in what we might 'hear' if we could listen at those wavelengths and frequencies. It's a bit like when scientists produce images rendered in false colour, to enhance details that might otherwise be lost.
Bottom line: don't be misled by the illustration over the reality.

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
