Stars produce sound, so as pulsars, planets, pretty much everything.

What happens is that they emit electromagnetic waves, which our instruments can detect; and then processing 'translates' them into audible range. It's an exercise in what we might 'hear' if we could listen at those wavelengths and frequencies. It's a bit like when scientists produce images rendered in false colour, to enhance details that might otherwise be lost.

Bottom line: don't be misled by the illustration over the reality.

I'm under the illusion that there is a lot of noise happening in space, but without a suitable medium to transfer it.
Other than that, we're playing with words.

Well, since audible noise is wave vibrations in a propagation medium conveyed to a receiver, remove the medium and you remove the noise. There's EM waves, as I said, but no sound by definition.
