It's quite simple actually. Anything that isn't in agreement with him is fake. And I wouldn't underestimate that tweet. It's preparing the soil for cracking down on freedom of the press. I guess the first step will be suing individual journalists out of their livelihood on fake charges. Even if nothing comes of it, a career is easily ruined. Also mind that Fox or the likes of Breitbart are exempt from criticism. They're already playing ball.
