What do you mean there is no global or objective time? There is no global objective experience of time, yes. But that's not to say there is no global or objective time.
We could say that time itself is just a concept. But that wouldn't really make much sense at all. The concept of time is a concept. Time itself is, well, time. If it exists at all.
Or we could say that there are many different points in time none of which can be accurately measured but that doesn't mean they don't exist. It would be the B theory of time.
You can't really say there's no objective or global time until you've defined time first. Are you an A theory or a B theorist or neither? If neither what are your
arguments against both camps? Are you an eternalist or presentist? Etc, etc.
