That's sweet! Really any goal is fine. A ten minute walk after dinner a few times a week is enough of a goal for me. Ten jumping jacks every time you open the fridge? Situps every time you save your game when playing a video game? There are so many possibilities!
hehe... I've been thinking... maybe my goal could be to someday make the whole bike trip from home to work and back in the bike's highest gear... well, except for starting and on some places where I need to cross a road.
the bike has 3 * 8 gears.... the front gears are already parked on the highest one... the back gears have been shifting around a bit... but I think it's possible to do it all in the highest gear... the uphill elevation isn't that bad.
It's not losing weight... more of a gain leg muscle thing... but it shouldn't be too difficult... specially with Summer coming up!
