I think although you could argue that these are 'unearned', I doubt they would afford you a great deal of privilege, outside of the relevant professional circle. Any accompanying fame, yes that might give you greater privilege, but that could then be considered to be earned.
No traits inherently give a person privilege but good looks and intelligence are definitely among traits that close to being a universal advantage.
There's not just some professional circles that appreciate intelligence and good looks, it's pretty much world wide.
