Saying so doesn't make it so, but if you testify with the truthful tongue, you will know it. That's not only bullshit, it's necessarily bullshit. It's not only false, it perniciously undermines the very idea that truth matters. Your sincerity and certainty are irrelevant to your factuality. No matter how sure you are that you're right, you can still be wrong.
