My statement obviously does not apply to those would fly airplanes into buildings as I made it clear what would be an acceptable nature of moral code to merit religious tolerance.

Its not that they think it is ok, but that it is the will of God which they are powerless to change. Many people have a problem with the idea of hell altogether but feel that there is nothing they can do it about it.
It is fine if you do not wish to respect or tolerate the religious beliefs of others, but that kind of thinking only keeps people more divided in the end.
