I think it only got creepy when "spank-bank material" was mentioned and the reply was "Jealous?". If "model material" had been said and the reply was "Jealous?" that wouldn't be creepy. And before that I don't think there was anything necessarily pervy.
Even still.... after that "Jealous?" reply to the "spank-bank" comment.... the father might not have been replying to the "spank-bank" comment and may have only been addressing the fact that perhaps the perviness was only in the mind of the person who was seeing the perviness.
I'd say that that "Jealous?" reaction was a necessarily necessary condition for perviness but not necessarily a necessarily sufficient condition for perviness
