You can't make someone who was born in Canada (or most other countries, for that matter) stateless. Residents applying for citizenship is a totally different story.

 Yes I say we can. I see no reason why  the luck being born here should hold you to a separate standard . If you demand of other you should have to endure it yourself . If you don't want that then don't impose it on other people and there families .
