If it still applies (as it should, but I only read the first few paragraphs), then what is there claimed about the Jews can also be claimed about any group of people who manage to properly integrate into the society where they live.
Because this Mullins person is peppering hate into a successful integration story, he (and you, for it seems you agree with him) is derided by any person who desires a united world. A united world is a peaceful world. It doesn't need to be a single race world, nor a single religion world... Just one where every person from every race and religion coexist peacefully and produce the whole of society's tapestry of roles and opinions.
