The thing is, my sister has been religious, for a long time. But she didn't go to church very often but now she's back in a church and has started talking to one of her friends, who's REALLY religious. They have convinced her that my atheism was not a good environment for her to be in. I presume they think it is because I would cause her to doubt her faith or some such. That's about all I know, her church and her friends say "He's gotta go" so , she says to my mother "Tell my brother that he has to leave because his atheism ..." And that's as far as I can make any sense of it.
My mother is actually angry at my sister for this, and thinks that my sis has done me wrong. If you even have to think. It's a fact. But she's also a Christian and I don't think things are so clear to her as they should be.
But I am at my parents for right now. Can I stay here? Probably not.
Either they will make me leave in a few days or I will just get tired of their religious crap. Ex, how my 10 yo sister is up in the church from head to toe and going to bible 4 Nights a week, Plus Church+ Bible study on Sundays.
She LOVES it, but really it sickens me that she was introduced to such a thing at her age. She's bound to be blinded just like my other sister.

And another thing it doesn't make any sense. My sister is the one that asked me to stay there because SHE was afraid.
I also,
1. Cleaned every room for her.
2. Cooked for her.
3. Walked to the store and shopped for her when her case worker wouldn't. (I have no car, so imagine carrying groceries for 3 blocks in the baking sun.)
4. Took care of her damn cat.
5. Didn't complain about her bullshit.
and this is how I am repaid! Gee! Awesome

You are a much kinder person than I am. First thing, I'd make her evict me. Evictions take forever if you don't have a lease with the person you are trying to evict, which I'm guessing you don't. If you do have a lease with her I'd sue her ass for breach of contract since I doubt that religion or lack there of is listed as a contractual point of contention.
After that I'd really start having fun. Why does she have a case worker assigned to her? Is she crazy or disabled in some way? That would probably be my next target.
No, I don't have many scruples & if my family screwed me over they way your sister has done you they'd live to rue that day. But my family is cool as hell so that isn't an issue.
