If God is all mighty,why doesn't he change bad people/seiners into good ones?

god is all mighty so why doesn't he change bad people,criminals,murderers, pedophiles,gays,lesbians,transsexuals,seiners ...into normal people that would fit into society? He created them in the first place and he made some mistakes but if he is almighty why doesn't he/she fix them?

God does. There are millions of people who have had their lives transformed by God. I know many, many people who have turned their lives around. God changes lives all the time. God saved mine.
