My name is totally a hippie name. You'd think my parents were hippies, but my mom just wanted to be a hippie. I should have given my kids hippie names. Sunshine and Rainbow. That'd have been fucking awesome. And probably would have made a lot of sense to a teenager. (My second oldest son wanted to name one of his kids Spirit. Sadly his wife vetoed it.)
Thanks for the well wishes everyone. I turned 40 again this year. Just like I have for many years now. I'll turn 40 again in 364 days. Or however the fuck many days there are until June 9th next year. (My kids tell me I have to stop that once they reach 40, but I say fuck it. I'm okay with being younger than my kids. )
