I know I'm late to the party here but Drumpfuck doesn't have an infrastructure plan, he has a plan to give his billionaire friends and big companies $860bn from Federal government coffers so that they can buy $1tn worth of pre-existing infrastructure and slap toll booths on them or charge the government rent for using them (in the case of infrastructure like schools or libraries). There is no provision in his plan for builiding new infrastructure, nor even the neccessary maintenance and upgrade of what's already there.

What are the odds that the Trump Family Trust has been given first refusal on the most profitable assets?
