Yes. But its not an issue were I come from. Breastfeeding is encouraged, albeit women that can't are somewhat looked down. That is what those formulae are for.

Around portugal boobies are naturally good stuff. There is nothing in the law that women cant topless sunbathe on tje beach. Seen plenty. What is the problem?
