That's why the park was located where it was at. They trawled the tax codes for some place that would pay for their bullshit....then made up the difference from gullible investors that are now horrified that they didn't show just a bit of skepticism regarding the return projections this charlatan put in front of them...and in plenty of cases I can't help but think that's intimately related to those same investors not showing an ounce of skepticism towards the -ark- that this charlatan put in front of them.
