Like Thump's, this is not weather-related, but any song about the murder of four girls by racist douchenozzles has certainly got to qualify as 'gloomy'.  This is a cover of a Joan Baez standard.  And Rhiannon Giddens' voice gives me chills, no matter what she's singing.
