And how long before any of these things happen?
I could post this in Philosophy or General Science, but I light light-hearted responses as much as serious ones.
One way or another the planet or a meteor or a comet will get us even without our help. But currently scientists are saying that if we don't slow down climate change which 99% agree we are causing, that will lead to more human struggle over resources thus more national conflicts between nations and or a global nuclear war.
Could be as early as 100 years that we wipe ourselves out if we don't change soon.
But even with a global nuclear war, the planet and life is still one tough nut and even with another mass extinction other life will still survive. But, no matter what long after we go extinct all life will die when the sun dies in an estimated 5 billion years.
