Oooh I know, I know!! Guys, let's start threads about groups of people we don't like doing/saying stupid things! So then everyone will know how stupid the people in these groups are, and how much smarter WE are! And, and, and... while we're at it, let's spell their title wrong too!!

Consider this: Name a group that is stupid (or any other sort of adjective you would choose as a form of derision; for example, let's substitute 'deluded' here since no one is necessarily prohibited from recovering from being deluded) SOLELY BECAUSE OF THAT GROUP'S IDENTIFYING CHARACTERISTIC.

For example, substitute any ethnic group there. You'd be labeled a bigot for making a racist statement. No one's genetic makeup has any bearing on their intellect. But someone's indoctrination-based religious beliefs? That knows no color barrier, no age limit, and yet still binds them all with one inescapable commonality: Delusion.

So thanks for revealing your inability to make a fine distinction about something of this sort. Yes, it's nuanced, but it's consistent and makes sense in this context. But then that's critical thinking, and well, we could make a blanket statement about that and religious belief too, so...
