G'day treadmill
Are you seriously suggesting I click on a FOX news link and actually vote in one of their polls? Go away.
PS did you know that Rupert had his first paper,"The News" in my city, Adelaide, South Australia.? Yep, that was a yellow rag too and Rupert was the same ruthless areshole he is today, albeit a lot younger, and looking a lot less like emperor Palpatine.

The cross at ground zero: Could not care less what New Yorkers do. Would I complain if it was here? Probably not, still don't care. If a 2000 year old symbol of a dominant superstition makes a lot of people feel better, that's fine with me----as long as it isn't anywhere it can be seen from my house. (might lower property values)
BUT: In a 'free society' everyone has the right to be offended, to say so loudly, publicly, AND to seek redress at law , just as they did with the planned Mosque at ground Zero. No one has the right to gainsay such people.You don't like them complaining? What can I say?--El fucking stiffo.
@ Judas;
The swastika is a symbol thousands of years old, found in many cultures. The loopy little Austrian corporal did not invent it.

Quote:The swastika (Sanskrit: स्वस्तिक) is an equilateral cross with its arms bent at right angles, in either right-facing (卐) form or its mirrored left-facing (卍) form. Earliest archaeological evidence of swastika-shaped ornaments dates back to the Indus Valley Civilization of Ancient India as well as Classical Antiquity. It remains widely used in Indian Religions, specifically in Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism.
