The KKK nope not really. Other nationalist groups make up the racial groups particularly in Quebec were they feed of nationalism and French identity. (because most new citizens prefer English) And yes such groups have been a part of Quebec politics since the beginning .
As for there growth politics has grown that quite well . Pauline Marois for example thou she lost she just represents a undercurrent of resentment . That's never really gone away. And of course the internet has grown such groups (i'm look at you rebel media) have grown them as well .
As you can imagine not a lot of the KKK In the far north guess they don't like the cold . Or maybe it's the fact they would just blend into the back ground .
