I have to say that in my case, roles and reality are different. If a man wants to wear a dress and call himself Sarah, fuck yeah go for it. If I'm dating a girl named Sarah, and she looks up adoringly during a blowjob and tells me don't worry about getting her pregnant, because she used to be a man, then I'm gonna be pretty upset.
