No, contempt of court because he was orderd to stop doing somethng unconstitutional, and decided to keep doing it. No judge, ever, anywhere, told him to stop enforcing a written law. They told him, explicitly, to -adhere- to a written law, the highest written law of the united states.......
A cop can pull you over for "improperly changing lanes" - and through parallel construction...say that he "smelled burnt marijuana" then search you and your vehicle.....failing to find marijuana or contraband he can "find" money in your wallet...and seize it, on suspicion of being drug money. In the process thereof he could then seek to ascertain your immigration status.
What a cop can't do...is stop and frisk you because you are brown. End of. Even ICE knows this, that's why they setup dragnets and card white people...CJ.........
How did you get this so completely wrong, where do you get your info? Your boy just pardoned a fucking racist who abused the immense power of the state in a manner wholly in contradiction with -your- constitutional rights and beyond the authority of his office......and you're looking for ways to spin this as a good thing or some leftist conspiracy before an election.....to what end?
