This is the new tactic and 45 ran on it, Orwellian double speak, "Drain the swamp." 45 ran selling the bullshit that dems were the corporate whores. But look at his tax plan, it is the same bullshit corporate giveaway Reagan started.
The only thing the GOP is going to do is allow billionaires to bank their tax deductions overseas. 45 didn't drain the swamp, he is the swamp.
