Of course, remember overhead, the cost of keeping the factory itself, would have to be involved in the cost. Granted, I can't be sure it would add up to 50 cents per cap, and without access to one of the financial statements for the sweatshops involved, I wouldn't know, but still, there's more to manufacturing cost than labor and parts.
Given the state of the buildings Bangladeshis and Chinese are cooped up in (tiny, cramped, ancient and run down), I'm guessing facilities is going to be somewhere in the pennies per cap. And the equipment'll cost not much more, ancient machines held together by spit, twine and children.
