Are you concerned about cops being killed? Just last year, after a gunman killed 5 and injured 9, the Dallas Cowboys wanted to put a small sticker on their helmets which said (ironically considering last Sunday) "Arm in arm."
The NFL told then they couldn't.

I am concerned about anyone being killed. I can be concerned about both cops and the victims of police brutality and abuse simultaneously. And I can also respect the wishes of a team to decide how to respond to specific instances, be that to allow a form of display/support or not. This isn't a zero-sum game with respect to my empathetic abilities.
Do you not care about the lives of those being taken by police (and that they are overwhelmingly dark skinned)?
