It's no red herring. It's obvious that groups which commit more violent crime are more likely to have encounters with police. I don't hear you denying that with respect to male v. female.
And yet you seem to ignore WHY minorities have more encounters with police. You need to take a deeper look at what is going on instead of all of this superficial drivel that is more dog whistle for racist and misogynistic bullshit than it is reality.
