Alpha stupidly confuses an explanation of economic conditions as meaning blacks love poverty and crime. That allows Alpha to pull the bullshit white persecution bullshit while trying to pathetically claim blaming blacks is forcing them to take responsibility.
Nobody is advocating blacks default to crime and murder. Nobody is advocating a poverty oath to prove your support for blacks. What the players are protesting, what the sane are protesting, and what we still not have solved even 50 years after the end of segregation, is economic and justice inequality.
Alpha is simply living in a fucking bubble with his fingers in his ears and hands over his eyes, and blame is the petty and lazy way of coddling one's own insecurities in order to ignore a uncomfortable and harsh reality.
Alpha is on record as acknowledging that he receives white privilege.
Alpha is on record as supporting affirmative action to help minorities out of poverty.
But Alpha understands that when a group - be it males or blacks - commit violent crimes at higher frequency than other groups, they will also have violent encounters with police at higher frequency than other groups.
But Alpha doesn't acknowledge the inherent racism behind WHY minorities have more frequent encounters with police.
edit to add: one of the best examples of what the issue is that I can think of off of the top of my head is the episode of Rick and Morty this season where it follows a Morty and a Rick who are cops.
