Yes, I do, and I've explained why - once police need to step in, the WHY no longer matters. It's just the WHAT that matters at that point.
Remember, Kaepernick was mainly protesting the police - "There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder."
Racist policing is the problem. A community constantly under the thread of racist policing, won't possess the respect for police that you and they feel they deserve. Respect is earned, not merely given. So no, you don't acknowledge the real problems nor do you acknowledge that racist policing can't lead to legitimate policing. You need to mature your arguments.
