Better training for police that includes more than just teaching them how to kill people.

Yeah, like I already mentioned when noting the difference between CA and NY. You're late to this party.

Teaching them how to deal with the mentally ill is one good step forward.

That's good in general but unless you're saying that blacks have significantly higher rates of mental illness than whites, it's not relevant to this topic.

Getting rid of the racist cops is another good step (the FBI has known for sometime that local police forces have been intentionally infiltrated by racist groups).

Guess what - in the other thread I already talked about civilian oversight boards. More of them with more power could help get rid of racist cops. Again, you're late to the party.

Homogenizing training across the US is another good step.

Kinda like when I said we should send some NY cops to train NY cops.

Body cameras being used and not abused is another good step. And perhaps most importantly, recognizing the systemic problems in society at large that promote inequality and culling them. Such as the unequal funding of schools in areas with large minority populations.

Do you know what all of the above have in common? They rarely if ever come up in interviews or articles about the NFL kneeling.

Men being killed because of the perception of them being a larger and more significant threat is still NOT the topic at hand. This men's rights bullshit is another topic entirely.

Speaking of red herring - the point has nothing to do with men's rights. The point, again, is that you refuse to consider the possibility that blacks are killed at a higher rate in part because they as a group are more dangerous - much higher murder rates and gang affiliation rates than whites.
