Frankly, you sound depressed and with what you've said, your issues go beyond questioning your faith. I have no idea where you are but if you can find some like-minded people - which might be relatively easy to do if you're a student - you might not feel so alone.
As for how you'll behave as an atheist? That depends a lot on your own personality since atheism isn't really a well-defined group with a specified code of conduct.
