There are elections EVERY SINGLE November, not just in even years. Odd year elections MATTER just as much and this is where I think dems have lost the most and cant compete.

Elections in building power over time does not start from the top down, but the bottom up. The reason the GOP has a lopsided map is they do far better long term on average EVERY November.

There are elections EVERY NOVEMBER. GET OUT AND VOTE!
