Simultaneously capable of leaping tall buildings in a single bound and incapable of deciding not to have the fried chicken, because of it's nature. 
Now, my flabby ass can't do magic...but at least it can pass on the drumsticks....so....
On a less lulzworthy note..what sense does it make to call a creature incapable of immorality a moral agent? If it simply can't do the wrong thing...then it's got as much agency as a head of cauliflower. How, then, is it supposed to be -any- sort of example to us?
